ELISA Celiac Antibody Panel is a semi-quantitative analysis of serum Anti-Tissue Transglutaminase IgA (tTg IgA), in addition to IgG and IgA antibodies specific for gliadin.

Anti-Tissue Transglutaminase IgA (tTg IgA) is a highly sensitive (about 98%) and specific (>95%) marker for untreated celiac disease in an IgA competent individual.

Anti-Gliadin IgA and Anti-Gliadin IgG are useful markers to monitor compliance to a gluten-free diet.
